Do the products really work?

Are them comfortable?

With nose and mouth strips, and ear plugs, you may not be used to them and uncounciously remove them at night.
In this cases we recommend to wear them during the day for getting used to them. In just 1 or 2 days most of the people gets used to them and feel comfortable.
When should i wear them?
- Red glasses: 1-2 hours before bed.
- Orange glasses: Same as red. The difference is that you can see everything but not that dark.
- Yellow glasses: Through the day at screen time, when there is still light. Also better for driving at night. They enhance night vision.
- Rest of our products: Right before sleeping. Nose strips can be used at sport for better breathing. Ear plugs whenever you need silence and focus. Red bulb is to illuminate your rooms at evenings/night.
